Things can and occasionally do go wrong so if We have made a mistake or something unexpected happens please let Us know as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort, to reach a resolution.
If You need to change something let Us know by email. Tell Us what You have and what You’d prefer so that We can plan.
If you have received damaged or faulty Products, let us know within 14 days of receiving Your order. Explain the issue in an email and include Your receipt and supporting images.
We will investigate, make a judgement and aim to replace, exchange or refund as appropriate.
If You no longer want the Products You purchased following an online, telephone or postal order, You will be entitled to a refund for an amount reflecting the condition of the returned Products provided they are returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Full details of Your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are available in the UK from Your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Your Local Authority’s Trading Standards Office. Where purchases are not returned within 28 days A credit note will be issued
Changed your mind?
If you no longer want the Products You purchased, (provided You didn’t make an online, telephone or postal order) You will be entitled to a credit note valid for 12 months for an amount reflecting the condition of the returned Products. SSP is not obliged to give a refund if You have simply changed Your mind.
In all instances email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving Your order to explain the situation.
If you are asked, please return your order to, 16 The Street, Old Basing, Basingstoke, RG24 7BW and include a copy of your receipt. We strongly recommend You protect the goods You wish to return, against damage whilst in transit with secure packaging and suitable insurance and that You use a trackable method of delivery. Please retain Your proof of postage.
You will need to pay the cost of returning Your order. Postage will not be refunded.
Claims made after 28 days from receiving Your order will be considered at discretion of SSP.
Credit notes, replacements and refunds will reflect the condition of the returned products. Returns that show signs of having been opened, used or damaged will receive a reduced credit note or partial refund at Our discretion.
